    Gabby and Kai were extremely accommodating! We came up from CA with a picky eater and they special made a tofu dish and deconstructed taco plate for my 11yo and she loved it. You are also the only restaurant I have been to that has Espalon Reposado. My fave! Keep up the amazing work!

    Earl’s Kitchen Bar is hands down one of my favorite spots to eat, whether it’s for a casual lunch, a business dinner, or a night out with friends. The vibe is modern, warm, and welcoming, with just the right mix of energy and comfort. From the moment you walk in, the staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely seems to care about your experience. The food? Always on point. Their menu has something for everyone—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I highly recommend the Cajun Chicken and the Truffle Fries—absolute perfection. Their sushi rolls are surprisingly good too, and the rotating seasonal features keep things exciting. Cocktails are top notch, and the wine list has great variety. What really sets Earl’s apart, though, is the consistency. I’ve been here multiple times and it’s always a great experience. Whether the place is packed or it’s a quieter afternoon, the service never slips and the food is always delicious. Shoutout to the bartenders as well—super knowledgeable and always willing to recommend something new. If you’re looking for a place that delivers great food, great drinks, and great vibes every single time, Earl’s Kitchen Bar is it. Five stars, no question.

    Outstanding Service from Jessie! We had such a great experience at Earls, thanks to our amazing server, Jessie! From the moment we sat down, Jessie was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. They made sure our drinks were always topped up, gave thoughtful recommendations, and checked in at just the right times, never too much, never too little. You can really tell they care about creating a great experience for their guests. Thank you, Jessie, for making our day so enjoyable!

    I travel quite often across the country for work, and this has by far been the best service I’ve had in Vancouver. Ryan was knowledgeable about the menu, thorough with dietary restrictions at the table, and was exceptionally attentive with any refills and requests. Easily the best Earls experience I’ve had and I am a frequent diner in B.C., Alberta, and Ontario locations. The test kitchen itself is always such an experience to go to. I love being able to trial a menu before it hits the rest of the Earls restaurants out West.

    We were visiting Vancouver BC for the first time and walked by this place- the menu was vast and the interior was beautifully decorated with plants everywhere. Jessie was our server and so great with fast service and local suggestions! Highly recommend for seafood, meat, and plants eaters.

    If I could give this restaurant a 25 out of 5 star review I would. Service was absolutely stellar, we had a gentleman named Roman that took care of us all night. Some of the best service I’ve experienced in Vancouver! The drinks, food, dessert, and service was phenomenal - great night!
